Growing up, church/religion was definitely not a part of my life. My parents were members of an Apostolic church and attended regularly before my siblings and I were born. But my parents never married and were apparently judged by others at church so they stopped going. Then my brother, myself, and my sister were born. I remember the only real conversation we ever had about religion with my parents was when I was like 7/8. They told us good people who believe in god go to heaven, bad people, people who don't believe in god, and Catholics went to hell. I believed it, because why wouldnt I believe something my parents told us was true? This was kind of traumatic actually because I knew my grandma was catholic. Aside from that, there wasn't a whole lot of religion in our lives
