I am 71 years old and was raised Catholic. Over time, my thinking about god has changed to the point that I tend not to care one way or the other. I just try to live my life with kindness and purpose.

I obtained a Masters Degree in Social work in the spring of 2020 and currently work (about 20 hours a week) in the Substance Abuse field. I've been sober for the last 33 years.

I grew up in Queens, New York but have lived on Long Island for the last 40 years. I also have a home in Sarasota, Fla. which I visit regularly and hope to move there full time by January 2023.

Although i am now in my seventies, I remain healthy. I maintain a vegan diet, I exercise regularly and stay active. I m not on a single medication, not one!!!!
