My last roommate died exactly 2 years ago today. Probably the biggest relief of knowing him. I had been trying to figure out a way to get rid of him. I had been renting him a room for about 4 years, he took care of my dogs and his cats when I went on trips, about the only good thing that he did, Without him paying rent, I actually had more money each month. To make sure that I would never get another roommate, I actually got rid of the extra beds and converted my two spare bedrooms to other uses. I keep large airbeds for those times that someone spends the night and the guest bathroom is stocked,
