As someone that has experienced a cardiac event, medical personnel now talk about several things that used to be lumped into "heart attack" in a variety of ways. To the average layman it doesn't matter if you heart was causing you pain and you had it relieved with a stent, or if you had severe chest pains that doubled you over causing you blinding pain, or you had the oxygen cut off to part of the muscle wall and it died, to the laymen those are all heart attacks, to the medical profession only one of those is a heart attack or myocardial infarction. I would say that most of the people jumping on the Sanders campaign are just as much in the dark about medical terms as they are on physics terms, once someone explains it to them, they can't believe how they have been mislead.

No one has been drafted since January 1973, since that time we have seen a drop off in the diversity of the military. I not only believe we should have a system of conscription, I believe it ought to be a mandatory 2 year term for all citizens and want to be citizens. That service could be in several different areas of public, international (think peace corp), military or even local governmental service. But it should be for all people with only a few exceptions for those with disabilities so severe that they require a caregiver. a person should be able to fill this requirement at anytime between 18 and 26 and we should provide trade school/college upon completion.

Spring in Austin can be an elusive thing, as you put out your seedlings have a plan to cover them when the temp is forecast to be below 40 (weather people have a tendency to miss frost warnings). If there are frost warnings anywhere near you plan on covering. The topography in and around Austin can lead to pockets of frost when everything else is fine. Once you figure out the frost patterns for your garden area, you can rest a little. Best of luck.
