The process varies by state, but it is a very expensive and time consuming process in every state. It is hardly news that most of those pardoned had political connections. Now is not the time to eliminate pardons, but to make them more available to those that have finished their sentences and have been crime free for 10 years or more. With the number of wrongly convicted growing daily, the pardon offers the swiftest path to justice. Evidence is showing that at least 2% and maybe as high as 20% of all convictions (including where a defendant plead guilty to avoid a harsher sentence at trial) are wrongful.

I used to love the designs the ice fog at Fairchild (Spokane), we used cold fog dispersal, so the ice fog would stick to any thin surface. The chain link fences would have a lattice like attachment several inches out from the fences, the trees were all frocked and because they used propane to disperse the fog, the roads were slicker than.. pretty much anything you can imagine.

I got high today and went exploring roads I haven't before.

If you are worried about projectiles or tear gas, I suggest a shopping bag with a bandanna large enough to cover your mouth and nose and safety glasses for each of you. And a small jar of vaseline. You use the vaseline to cover your exposed skin as well as your lips and inside your nose before you put the bandanna over your face.
