I grew up in the Chicago area, Evanston and Skokie, through high school when my family moved to Washington DC. I spent eight years studying to be a Catholic priest before I decided that was not for me. I have had a variety of jobs over the years, mostly administrative and sales as well as a 11 year stint as an English teacher and guidance counselor. Right now I am semi-retired and working as a greeter for Meijer Super Center in Terre Haute, Indiana. I am widowed for two and a half years and live with my two toy poodles.
