We are as linked to our environment & surroundings as we are obscurely connected to our mind & those inner-most emotions. The language we know. The words within it that we utilize. The ones we neglect with ignorance (not knowing every word in the language) or how we abuse those words that we do know with laziness, recklessly.. Your Ancestors built those definitions. They struggled & toiled to recognize what we take for granted. Nevermind how we have disconnected. Nevermind all that we have forgotten. You never possessed a Mind that could Desire what really Mattered.. If it is not Yourself first, you never deserved or had Right to Another.

Replies made. This piece is character development for a Allegory novel i am composing. It requires exploring abstract thought and philosophy. Just testing the waters.

Hi Algos,
You can help other members want get to know you better, when you write an informational profile that includes your hobbies and interests, since that's the first place many people look when they see a new member.

I believe that is well written in my Profile Biography.

@AlgosLethe A lot of words, but nothing about your interests and hobbies.
Should be organized, easy to read and understand.

@birdingnut well, i guess i am a Obscurantist. Built a wall or a moat of sorts. A hurdle to anyone wishing to understand me. How i present myself is what i desire to attract or would find complimentary in another. Chances of me ducceeding are slim. My sincerest apologies for yours or any other's frustration.

I believe we think in concepts rather than words. I know the whole world disagrees with me, but your memories and dreams are not in text. Then again, I never could get the hang of being human. Mankind considers itself as distinct and separate from the natural world. But that is something each of us learns for ourselves. Except, I didn't. Another class failed.
Being somewhat autistic and severely dyslexic, it is probably a good thing I think without words. Imagine the consequences. That said, I enjoy and value your in depth consideration of these things.

That is all i meant to say. I am glad someone understood.

We are linked to everything around us ?

Linguistic Determinism. Linguistic Relativity.

@AlgosLethe
Linguistic death ?

@VAL3941 maybe.

@AlgosLethe
Your post. You mean you are not sure ?

@VAL3941 Agnosticism. Nihilism. Humanism. The true lack that is found with our inability to communicate a concept by, not only our poor & divided tongues, yet also the simple concepts, imagery & archetypes. If i do not truly understand myself, how would i EVER understand another person whose shoes i have never walked in, nor could i ever? "If man cannot find a agreed upon, common value, then Man is incomprehensible to Man" -Albert Camus

@AlgosLethe
Thanks, that tells me all I want to know ?

@VAL3941 We are linked to everything around us. Sure. Why not. That is stating the Obvious. I see humankind as failing horrible at agreeing or even understanding what is Obvious. Between so many languages, both their literal & metaphorical imagery, i see us not comprehending eachother. So, breeding will only continue to perpetuate confusion if we do not find that lowest common denominator or develop a language that everyone understands clearly.

@AlgosLethe
Thats more than what I wanted to know.

@VAL3941 i knew that already of you.
