I agree with you fully. I've seen no commercials for them in Missouri so far. The Ark is a big lie and would never have worked in the first place. How in the hell are you going to have a Creation Museum? What would be in there? Leftovers from the Ark maybe.

it's really pretty obvious around here, Bible Belt, that remotely factual is plenty good enough for most folks.

My skin crawls every time I see those commercials. That's what happens when people don't pay taxes for the education of the populace. As was once said in the Simpsons "Religion has no place in school, just like Facts have no place in organized religion."

I believe there is a contingency of atheists who semi-regularly "visit" the Ark Encounter and ruffle their feathers. You can see them on YouTube. It's pretty funny. If you watch those vids, you clearly get the notion that the AE won't be around too much longer; attendance appears to be rather low.
