It seems like many on this site are religious about their atheism. It seems like it could be almost as bad as those religious about their religion.
I am sure there are all kinds of possibilities. The saying couldn't be farther from the truth.. "It's not a problem, it's a feature". Here everyone is free to don't believe, believe they don't believe, believe, believe square(very very few thank god and yes, pun intended) and there are as well the ones who truly don't care, the ones who don't care that some don't care and of course the ones who question like you just have. At the end of the day, we all are the same... Lonely soulness genderless virtual individuals.
@Gwendolyn2018 we came alone into this world and we will depart alone. It was a generic expression anyway. You are not alone then I am happy for you.
No, this is the frustration of living in a world that views us as anything from odd to perverse. Do some people get carried away ? Yes, we are still human. To label us anything like religious fanatics is similar to religious people seeing us as perverse. That is why we are all here. Just bypass anyone you think goes too far.
Hi, Mosuper, and you're so right. I have to constantly block trolls here.
By the way, you earn website points, and help other members get to know you better, when you write an informational profile that includes your hobbies and interests, and answer all the profile questions, since that's the first place many people look when they see a new member.
Also, the website uses your profile to find member matches, so the more details you include, the better the match.
Then you make comments and write your own posts to earn more points and privileges. You get different perks with each level, and when you reach level eight you get an agnostic T-shirt.
In case you don't know yet, to find members near you, click on the "Meet" button at the top of the page, then on "Members," and enter your preferred search parameters.
Or click on the "About" button at the top of the page to find links to FAQ or the website tutorial.
