I am a great believer in the chaos theory. I rarely even question why something went wrong, or right for that matter. If it was something definitely my fault, I deal with it best I can going forward. But as I constantly remind my conservative friends, you can never go backwards. In fact, the rest of my sermon goes, “you can never go back to the past, and you can never predict the future. The only thing you have any control over is how you deal with the present.”
