My agnosticism compliments my hedonistic identity. As a hedonist I believe seeking pleasure is one of, if not the, main goal in life. To enjoy all of life's indulgences (in moderation of course) and to be a facilitator of pleasure for others is divine. If I had to pray to any of the countless gods made up through time it would be to Dionysus the Greek god of wine and pleasure. At least I can relate to this gods mind and desires. To give, to share, to grow, to feel, that's what life means in my eyes. Look not to the sky for paradise when your own body and mind, when used properly, provides all the heavenly sensation a being desires. The Earth itself even provides all sorts of things that arouse the senses and expand the mind. Anyone who ever had a mushroom trip will enlighten you on that truth. Why do people forbid themselves such pleasures in the name of religion? I am going to enjoy my time in this life.

After a lifetime of pursuing pleasures you will come to ask yourself, "What did it all mean? Did I matter?"
