Just to explain my profile name... it is a term used by Richard Dawkins. He says that this day and age people should not be shy and should confront religion and its dogma. Do not follow this in all cases because it can cause problems on your job. This has happened to me. I do however speak out when I feel I can. Sadly, that is not as often as I would like.

I do not like Dawkins, because the center of my faith is a flying spaghetti monster. He arrogantly and crudely casts it aside as nonsense.

Dawkins is cool. ? I agree we should actively confront religious dogmas. I have to be very careful in my job. I keep the discussion centered on science but I do use religion as an example of what science is NOT. Even so I have ruffled a few feathers.
