Rice cooker is definitely the easiest way to have perfect rice every time but frankly even when I do it on the stove top it’s perfect every time… Rinse the rice well, put it in the pot, water just covering the rice, bring to a boil, then lower it to a simmer, time it for 20 Minutes. The words, “hey Siri set timer for 20 minutes” makes it fail proof even on the stove 🙂

Trader Joe's frozen rice packets; 3 minutes in the microwave, perfect every time. If you like sticky rice, though, this is not that. Heck, they've even got Brown rice.

Buy easy cook rice and do it in the microwave. It is always perfect with separate grains.

The untold trick is, you must wash/rinse few times it first....

@onlyduh .......no no no...burns because the flame is too strong or because it's exposed to it too long. Which one is it? That's what you need to work on.....
