Because he used the word "Politically" alongside his threat, so it's a metaphor. Not that his audience would know a metaphor if one metaphorically smacked them upside the back of the head.
The pedophile thing is the same accusation they leveled at the Clintons, I believe. Not sure how Mueller got involved in it, other than he was a handy target....
Good news, he is banned for 30 days. [mediamatters.org] Lou Dobbs has leapt to defend his right to free speech...
