The whole point to the $15 and hour minimum wage is that the minimum wage should be a living wage, and all other wages shoudl be adjusted accordingly. So, instead of CEO's and board members getting paid huge salaries, people would be able to keep a larger part of what their own work produces instead of the lions share of what their work produces going to somebody else.
