Tinnitus and BPAs

I’ve finally figured out why I have intense tinnitus after eating....it’s the damned BPA linings in cans! I’m a student and don’t have a lot of time for cooking from scratch and tend to purchase a lot of canned beans and tuna. And I eat out a fair amount and you can bet a lot of the foods are shipped to restaurants in big cans....sauces, beans and veggies. They sure don’t list BPAs as an ingredient, but I think they should. Why isn’t this common knowledge? Now I have another “food” restriction to add to gluten free, just to maintain health. So that’s fun. Knowledge is power! At least Eden has a BPA free option. I’ll be testing it out.

Fresh hummus comes in plastic tubs, so does cottage cheese, yogurt. Nuts come in bags too. It is Easy to avoid cans, just DO it!
P.S. I get that damned ear ringing if I take aspirin
