With difficulty! I don’t have a numerical brain and can barely remember phone numbers I use frequently. I am however a Luddite who still believes in address and telephone numbers being written down in a book so I have my back-up system for tech glitches!

Yes, when my son and daughter got their own cell phones as young adults, I committed their phone numbers to my memory, since they've kept the same numbers all these years. I do have to write their numbers down as emergency contacts from time to time, even though they live in another state, and also use their phone numbers when buying groceries in their home towns, for their rewards savings discounts.

I also can remember my last boyfriend's number, as I filled out lots of forms with his number on it.

All other numbers don't really matter, just social and business contacts. I've got my relatives and neighbor's numbers posted on my refrigerator door, in case of emergency. Living alone, I'm all about safety and making sure someone can call my loved ones if I'm in an accident, or something.

I carry a hard copy of all my important numbers in my wallet.

Probably not. But I know how to use a phone book. πŸ˜€
