So I have been going through some major life changes recently. One of wich is losing weight and getting myself in better health. But one of the drawbacks with losing weight is the new clothes I have recently bought are getting loose. I jave gone down 2 belt notches in about 2 months. Still haven't quit smoking though. But it's a priority. I have a vape but still grab the smokes 1st. Moral support would be greatly appreciated here. I've quit before. But the stress of my devorce had me lighting up again. Maybe this week is the week. I don't like them anymore and want to quit. I just have to pit my mind to it. Being happy and content in my own life should help with that.

day 4 for me on the no cigs took the patch route this time as the vape just kept the hand to mouth action going. Plus side of the patches is they are constant so you never get the urge (well i dont) to just have 1 plus the dreams are pretty good to, im gonna give it 3 wks on patches and then go for it hopefully the time between last cig and then will mean my hands are not so antsy.
good luck
