I've been divorced since 2009. I've had a LTR post divorce. So totally single for over 5 years.

I take it to mean no partner. If I am in a relationship then I am not single.

I thought single meant not married. @HippieChick58

I took it as having not committed to anyone seriously, but various fwb relationships between my last big deal and now.

1 year and 16 days...I broke up with my last girlfriend on new years 2017....she wanted to still party and I am bored with the party lifestyle, plus it gets in the way of my interests.
