Various qualities are so interrelated that it's hard to name one in isolation, but integrity is pretty foundational. Without that there's no loyalty, honesty, reliability, support, respect, or appreciation. Curiosity is a close second for me.

Honesty. Honesty fosters trust and is a result of respect. At this time in my life, honesty gets top priority. Could be a result of my last long term relationship, but yeah, honesty please. I can provide most of the other desirable qualities myself.
