How do I like them? Mashed.
How do I do them? Baked (actually microwaved, literally the only way I use the microwave), because it's quicker and easier.

Baked, fried, boiled and just about any other way, except in potato salad.

Thank you! Anything 'salad' tends to be some potato chunks or macaroni or whatever drowned in mayo with some celery tossed in.

There is no wrong way to potato! Potatoes are delicious in every form. I usually bake or mash them when I cook, I have hash browns when out to breakfast, fries when out to lunch. Tater tots are my favorite freezer potatoes.

Baked and loaded with the following in order of importance... Butter, sour cream, salt and pepper, cheese, chives, chilli, and hell, I'll take some jalapenos and a little more cheese while we're at it.

Au gratin, or home fried with onion, or some ungodly delicious mix of the two.

Mashed with butter, sour cream, cheese, lightly salted

I have to go to restaurants for these, but those spiral cut deals that are sort of halfway between curly fries and home chips are pretty delicious. Or waffle fries dipped in ketchup and mayo.

And I really like sweet potato fries dipped in a garlic lemon Mayo.

Depends on the specific 'tater variety. Yukon gold makes for great fried taters for breakfast. Idaho for baking... Red for potato salads.

I've been wanting some yukon golds to fry.... A bit of butter, a cast iron skillet.... It's magic for the mouth.

I like them any way, but I seldom cook so the potatoes at home are mashed (flakes). Choices are made when I’m able to eat out.

I rarely eat them because of the carbs but I allow myself a bit of homemade mashed or baked.

I love them. Most recently I have been roasting them with garlic and oregano them sprinkling with feta and Malden sea salt to serve

I've never had potatoes, any way cooked that I didn't like.

Don't peel them, just enjoy every bit of them!

I seldom eat potatoes. My first wife was German, and cooked potatoes almost every day.Upon ending that unpleasant marriage, I did not eat another potato for 10 years.
