I am reading how some folks are defending Kavanaugh and they say he is being framed, should we be reading the same if Kavanaugh was a black man?

Absolutely, no one is guilty until proven so beyond a shadow of a doubt (at least in the US anyway), it's not fair to judge someone based solely on their skin color.

That's good feeling until when someone you know is in the spotlight.

moot point; trump would never appoint a black man. equally moot (for the same reason) and equally pertinent: would they defend him if he was a democrat? i think we know the answer.

They are going to say whatever they can to get your sympathy, once he is in the site will follow and you will see that it was a lie and you fell for it.
