Republicans are stacking teh courts. Near the end of the Clinton administration republicans refused to confirm any Federal Court judges, but will the seats after Bush was elected. They repeated that in the last few years whiel obama was president, and then went tito over drive appointing Federal judges when Trump was elected. One obvious seat beign the Supreme court appointment which was left vacant for over a year.
