So...I'm nervous and don't want to jinx (I know, not scientific) things, but I'm working on purchasing a small rural property! 20 miles from my house, close to Lexington. If they find out I'm from NY/DC surely they will jack up the price, or kick me out! Lol. Wish me luck!

@Ron_R unfortunately I'm in Rosenberg Texas. I've always wanted to see VA but have never had the time or opportunity to visit. Maybe in the near future when I get all my finances settled I can start doing some traveling. I hope you post some pics whenever you buy your property.
