This is as such a theory - but History is on the side of this. If you leave enough people to manage their own destiny - and they find themselves in poverty while the elite enjoy all the riches of the world, feeling they are without a future because of the way society has been set up - they will chose social unres or even revolution to solve their problems. This is what happened for instance in France in the late 1700 hundreds. Could it happen in modern times? What do you think?

Compared to most forms of life, we mirror it’s behavior on an individual basis. It’s our ability to work as a unit, a ‘culture,’ or society that set us apart and allow us to dominate the planet. When individuals among our society begin to feel, because of their extraordinary cleverness, they’re entitled to far more than most, society needs to remind them - if it were not for the structure that nurtured, educated, and allows them to safely focus on ‘what they do best,’ they’d have little more than most.

When personal greed becomes both apparent and excessive, it’s best society acts quickly to curb it. If restrictions & regulations are ignored (or removed), and the personal excesses of some become damaging to the culture - society will act, and it’s not often pretty..

Of course it does..just wait, it'll happen again here..

2 years ago at the World Economic Forum Bill Gates made an interesting comment. He said that "Now that almost everyone on the planet will be able to access the internet via a computer or a cell phone the big number who live in poverty will see how the rest of us live" and then went on to express concerns about the reaction from them. I guess we have the answer in the refugee crisis in Europe and the caravans in Latin America.
