I’m seeing a lot of women with purple hair on here and in “real life”. Is this part of a movement or just coincidence?

In West Texas purple is used on no trespassing signs. I just thought it might be the same on women's hair!

My sister and I have had a plethora of fun hair colors. Just for fun.

Hair coloring is cool again. It's been back in for a few years now. It's not just for blue hair old ladies anymore.

Usually goes well with numerous tattoos and piercings scattered about nearby. I guess they feel that the need to have the total look over.

It’s often just a fun option. I have pink and purple hair wax for a change of pace. It can also be a middle finger to the “rules” of what’s acceptable. Might be why you see more of it here. As I aged, I was advised to keep dying my hair dark blond to look younger. I decided instead to bleach my hair when I divorced because the light color matched my new mood.

There is no such thing as women in real life... Those are just fairy tales spread on the internet.
