What do you think of these Principles?
Kincaid's Axioms

1)Scrutiny

Scrutiny isn't harsh it's a necessity, good ideas should always win out over bad ones, scrutiny is a tool of good judgment.

2)Objectivity

Objectivity is a high priority, though most things are inherently subjective, everyone should at least stive for it as an ideal.

3)Respect and Trust

Respect and trust aren't given they're earned, nobody is perfect, but if you're consistent enough in your actions, you're worthy of both.

4)Skepticism

Question everything, especially your own beliefs, beliefs can be wrong and so can I. Be skeptical whenever it's necessary, practice pragmatism.

5)Grow

Never stop Growing, never stop learning, never be afraid to admit when you're wrong. Always strive to be as intellectually honest as possible.

  1. Discussion, Debate, and Dialogue

Talk to as many different people as possible. There are billions of people on this planet, your world view isn't the only one and someone is bound to enlightenment you on somthing. From this we grow.

  1. Autonomy and Self Determination

You own yourself and nobody else can ever take that away, they can threaten you all day long but they can't ever make you do anything. Anyone can do anything they like so long as they don't violate the social contract¹.

  1. Responsibility

Take responsibility seriously. If you say you're going to do somthing, do it. If you mess up, admit it's your fault and rectify the problem. As an human being you have a responsibility to always do right by others.

  1. Ethical Defense

uphold, maintain, and defend your moral code. Change it when your wrong, but always defend your convictions until proven false.

  1. Innocent until proven guilty

Everyone should be considered innocent until proven guilty in every case or situation beyond a reasonable doubt. Facts and evidence are a necessity.

  1. Life

All life has value. Complex life like humans and other species seems to be inherently rare in our neck of the universe. It's best to preserve and maintain a high standard of the quality of life for as many forms of life as possible.

  1. Balance

Any tonic in excess can be a poison, any poison in moderation can be a tonic. Hate things that deserve hate, fear things that actually pose a threat, be upset with yourself when you fail in contrast also don't love people who don't deserve your love, take pride in your accomplishments and not in things you had nothing to do with like race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, and nationality, etc. , Don't respect it trust people who haven't earned it.

  1. Unity

Vis Unita Fortior², we are stronger together than we are divided. United we stand divided we fall.

¹ The Social contract is an implicit , usually non-verbal, agreement between the individual and civil society where in anything is permissible granted that the action is consensual between all active parties and does not impose itself directly on third parties in any direct or indirect way such that it affects their rights as individuals. These range from situations as innocuous as common courtesy to as severe as assisted suicide.

² The Latin phrase meaning; united strength is stronger

I'm not seeing much sense in that description of The Social contract.
In one sentence it says "directly [...] in any direct or indirect way".
Even without that, in order to be useful, it would need a list of what rights individuals have.
(If anyone thinks of pointing to the Bill of Rights, that is not a list of rights, it is a list of statements of what the government shall not do.)

Very well put.

#12: "Hate things that deserve hate." Yes, but hate should not upset one's inner equilibrium which if upset would drain one's energy and create a negative emotional state that, in effect, would be self-punishment. "Be upset when you fail in contrast." Upset releases chemicals that change one's mood in a negative direction and should be avoided. "Don't respect or trust people who haven't earned it." Some persons are born with inherited, evil genetics and then might, in addition, experience evil post-birth trauma that directs thoughts and behavior in evil ways that they are not in control of. Those persons cannot be trusted, but , in my opinion, they should be respected for their potential to become the person that they could become by mastery over their thoughts and behavior; in essence, defeating their inherited evil genetics and post-birth negative experiences.

See sentence one of axiom 12

And all of 11, they're axioms because they function in tandem .

I have no arguement with these principles.

I attempt to live by all of these as they resemble what I believe to be my moral code very well written.Individuals often do not think of themselves in these terms but evaluate others by them either knowingly or not.Yes like the bible it offers rules to live by but these are common sense to anyone who lives in a society. Each of them could be asked would you like to have them done to you and I am confident that you would answer in the positive!

Delete it and repost it as one although I don't see how or why it would be one. It's a solid set of principles regarding moral ethical behavior in todays' world.

I tried that once, the site is janky, I just wanted to generalize some responses for people to get as much feedback as possible.
