I found myself taking an 8 X 2 hr weekly session, course on Mindfulness recently . I found myself wondering whether I would prefer to be a perfect Buddhist or an imperfect scientist because I want to evaluate all I can scientifically.

Has any one else taken courses of Mindfulness, Relaxation or Hypnotherapy lately and how did you evaluate it ? (with you conclusion)
