I got a used 2013 Leaf with 30k miles and absolutely love it. I’ve had it 15 months no with zero problems. No more $50 trips to the gas station, no oil changes, even drives well in snow. The range isn’t for everyone but it works fine in my situation. To me the big factor in buying an electric is off-street parking. If you live in an apartment or can’t park close to an outlet it’s definitely an issue.

I'm waiting for VW to come out with their electric van.
