We have 2 quite radical anti Semite Muslim congresswomen who are calling for the destruction of Israel and also advocating leniency toward Islamic terriorist. And they are both democrats by the way. Makes me wonder where this country is headed.

Really? Wow. Of course, you have video of them saying those things or vetted news articles from reputable sources. Right. And, you will share them, of corse.

Those words, while harsh, don’t call for Isreal’s destruction as you allege. Nor do they call for leniency toward terrorists as you allege. It’s obvious they don’t like Isreal and they won’t be the first in Congress to feel that way. So, why can’t you present that as your argument instead of embellishing what they did.

(An aside: Israel has a right to exist despite what Arab groups seem to think. And, it’s no secret that Hamas and Hezbollah, Iran, Syria and others want Israel to disappear. And, both sides have broken faith on peace efforts. Both sides need to work to figure it out.)

Hamas, Hezbolah and Iran have no interest in making peace with Israel. All they’re interested in is Israel’s destruction.

@Trajan61 I never said they did. In fact, that’s basically what I said. I also said that they need to find a way to work it out. Both sides are wrong. Destroying one side or the other would be genocide.

We send money to a country that gives free college to everyone, and put our own kids into unbelievable debt for college. To menption just one thing having Nothing to do with religion!
And, BTW, why is it necessary for you to use racist epithets about duly elected Congresspersons?

My guess is the Congresswomen are faithfully representing the views of their constituents. The real problem was letting those constituents enter the USA. I remember that after 9/11 my brother-in-law contacted his Congressman and urged that Muslim immigration into the USA be stopped. But neither the Democratic Congress or the Republican President were willing to do anything like that. US law bans the immigration of Nazis, but Islamists who attacked us on 9/11 are still to this day legally entitled to enter the USA.

Trump tried to ban Muslims from entering and was overridden by idiotic liberal judges appointed to the courts by liberal democrat presidents.

@Trajan61 Trump did not try to ban Muslims from entering the USA. He just put a temporary hold on immigration from certain Muslim countries associated with terrorism. As you point out, even that mild measure displeased the Liberal lemmings.

I do not support ANYTHING Pro-Israel either. This is the part where I will be nice. ?

I see no evidence about leniency towards Islamic terrorists in those tweets. One young woman has acknowledged her tweet was offensive. I'm sure she was inspired by the wide support she sees for the offensive tweets of our president. Haven't you heard, offensive tweets are in Vogue 🙂

There is no mention of that in the 2 tweets but it was on the news a few days ago as one of them was calling for leniency for a Islamic terriorist.

@Trajan61 Would that be breitbart news?

Modern Isreal is an apartheid state. To be against a policy is not necessarily to be opposed to the state. I support the Jewish state, just not the present jewish government.

So you side with 2 radical Islamic congresswomen against Israel who is our best ally in the Middle East and the only viable democracy their?

@Trajan61 makes more sense than siding with you who Ive found to be hyper-reactionary and unreliable. I don't agree with the dissolotion of Isreal. Just the dismantling of the Bibi government.

By any factual definition the Bibi government is apartheid. The only reason conservatives and Christians even give a concern about Isreal is they think the end of days is upon us which supposedly begins when the capital is relocated toJerusalem. If that is true, that makes Trump the anti-Christ.

Otherwise, they would be out vilifying Jews, which they do anyway in private.

@Trajan61 you keep saying " radical islamic" like saying it over & over will make it true...huh, seems familiar somehow.......

Perhaps it's headed away from crazy right wing thinking. That would be good.

So you have no problem with us having 2 quite radical Islamic, antisemite congresswomen?

@Trajan61 well, we only have your assertions of that. I'd like more facts on that. But you commented on the country and its direction, and again I would say away from loopy right would be good. Also, it's a bit rich to refer to racism given the Trumpian now Republican white supremacist world view.

Israel should be abolished. Israel is an illegal, aparteid state.

They have broken a number of humanitarian laws and the entire premise for their invasion and illegal stealing of land is religious and fake.

They were literally offered locations all around the world, but chose one of Islams most sacred locations in the hopes of creating unrest in the region and starting war.

Jeurselum is also a sacred site for the Jews. The Muslims are the most radical religion and the most troublesome today. I have a lot of problems with Islam as it is a religion of hate. The Jews were victims during World War ll and as a result the Western democracies allowed them to establish the Nation of Israel and that cannot be undone. Not to mention the fact that Israel is our number one ally in the Middle East.

@Trajan61

Yes, yes it can be undone. All of the religions have violent pasts. Its funny that I should have to remind anyone of that on an atheist and agnostic website. I do not favor any religion over another.

What you say is factually incorrect, or had you fogotten about Saudi Arabia, among others? We do not need allies in the middle east, or anywhere for that matter, who initiate violence and human rights violations in the name of victimhood and imperialism. Wrong is wrong. Either property rights are to be respected, or we are all slaves to the whims of people who call themselves government.

Israel is an illegal state engaged in genocide, apartheid and theft of an entire nation. You have to engage in some serious mental gymastics in order to make excuses for these behaviors.
