When I am manic I tend to get careless oftentimes doing or saying things that I later regret. It’s a pattern I’ve dealt with for years ,And its one of the reasons I don’t do social media’s. (Sounds like a Roseanne Barr syndrome) ? when I find myself stable and reviewing my posts please forgive me if I delete a post or pics now and again
