I absolutely despise yoga but have had to do it as part of dance and fitness warm ups and cool downs. Ugh.

Every day I do standing side bend, cow and cat back, lower back stretch, calf and quad stretches, shoulder rolls, etc.

Flexibility is important for balance and safety.
