Congratulations! 14 for me since 1/4. It feels good to be in control of my nutrition instead of just winging it. You are doing great!
Kudos to you as well. I know for a fact that this is not easy and you have to go through a lot of pain, qt least I did since 80%of my workouts are heavy lifting.
@BrokenMarrow - I have been going to a gym for a few years now.... I feel strong but could never get my weight where I want it to be. I started a very strict program (Ideal Protein - high protein/low carb). I am learning to eat lots a veggies (4 cups a day). Hopefully I am retraining the way I eat and view nutrition for the long run. Your hard work appears to be paying off!!
