Sorry I didn't post this on the original post. I was speaking of using tapping as a remedy for sleep deprivation or problems sleeping. If you go to You Tube and put in 'tapping' you will find a number of good videos showing you how to do it. I use the one done by Brad Yates. So far, so good. I used it for a few nights and was able to sleep well without using it a couple nights in a row. Then, had to go back to it. I slept without it last night. And, today was the first day I've been able to take a nap without having to watch the video first. I'm so glad it's available when I need it. If you have sleep problems, please try watching the video. You really have nothing to lose and everything to gain if it works.
My wife uses it for headaches. Seems to work for her.
