Sorry i should have started a new topic when I asked about what wisdom was. Got some interesting answers though. Will wait a while then do that.
On the topic intended for this posting ...
Surely if you are wrong then any kindness shown is actually only temporary. [It is wrong not to think about them both together] or [It is correct to think about them together and delay before acting out the kindness]

Kindness can make a true difference. Especially in this day and age, treating others with respect, compassion, and dignity is of great importance. By treating those around you kindly, you can make a profound but significant impact in their lives. In fact, the way you treat others ultimately shapes the world you live in. If you are respectful and kind to others, it is very likely that you will attract similarly minded individuals into your life. Even more so, if you are habitually kind to others, most will automatically open up to you and treat you equally good.

Wow...wise words. I always prefer kindness anyway.

This is a wonderful sentiment however kindness can only be extended so far.

Too many people want to always be right, and some to the extent that they are arrogant and condescending... It is never necessary, but some people like to think they are the smartest person in the room, and want everyone to know it. I prefer someone who is modest, and KIND!! My ego can handle not always being the smartest in the room, but I would never want to be the rude, or unkind person!

You Mean like not-my-us-prez

@Melind - exactly!

I mean, I don't feel like those two things are mutually exclusive.

Not to sound like Sye Ten, but is it right that it is more important to be kind than right? lol

I think it’s spelled “Satan”

Yes! I would say so. ‘Can you hear me, do I matter with you?’

Santa may or may not be real, but it’s undeniable that he can lay out some serious wisdom.

Fine words.Please tell me what wisdom IS (without saying I'll know it when I see it)

@Mcflewster Wisdom is the ability to use knowledge to create new knowledge. That’s the best I could come up with on the spot.

The Difference Between Knowledge and Wisdom. “Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.”

@jerry99 Wisdom is knowing that a botanist will say a tomato is a fruit, and a chef(and most everyone else) will say it is a vegetable, then concluding that words are not rigid.

@Mcflewster Wisdom is the correct application of knowledge.
