According to new research, the frequency of cuddling is a far better indicator of the strength of a relationship than how often you’re swinging from the chandeliers.

In fact, maintaining an intimate connection without constant wild sex can be vital for a happy relationship, since cuddling causes the release a 'love hormone'.

Couples often use romance and snuggle time to talk about their emotional lives, but when couples rely on making love to help them connect. they can miss out on other levels of intimacy.

I agree but you worded it in a way that made me jump in here ready to fight.

Physically speaking, fucccccck no it's not better.

Emotionally speaking, I can see it. It's the same as a long hug. Releasing all those wonderful brain chemicals.

The cuddling and touching is what I miss most. Being single has many pluses but I miss touch.
I had read somewhere people were starting cuddle clubs for folks together to cuddle.
In a committed relationship I think it really makes a difference.
