Anyone know some basic animation? Suppose I have on screen (a,b). I want that to stay there and then also show (b,a). It'd be nice if I could animate it, showing the first being copied and then showing the two letters being permuted. Any suggestions?

I'm an animator. Are you using a program or doing this the old fashioned way?

@LimitedLight , Yeah, the GIF animation programs can be learned rather quickly. I don't know what kind of finished product you require. Video?

@LimitedLight , I would recommend using a video editing program. Cyberlink Power Director is my fave, but I believe there are free ones out there that would work for you. You can use images or .jpg 's and have them merge together for the effect you're looking for. Merge together, meaning, one fades in over the other.

@LimitedLight Sadly, I haven't used Power Point in about 20 years, not to mention I currently don't have it on my PC. You mention it's not exactly what you want. Can you give me some details on what you're trying to achieve?
