So, do you need God to shift responsibility and claim God ordained it, or will you say, whatever happens, happens due to my actions and other peoples reactions?

Some things happen which are out of our control... such as natural disasters. These follow natural forces, which ae not entirely understood, but we are closer to understanding them, as in knowing why earthquakes occur, and having a general understanding of conditions that will create tornadoes. Eventualy will we likley have enough information to predict such events... assuming religious nuts dont' totally destroy science and plunge us into another dark age.

However, there are a lot of man made problems which are th results of human actions. Actions have real consequences.

Our actions touch our own live, the lives of those around us and even the lives of everyone else on the planet. Some actions have to be cumulative in order to be noticed, but everything has an effect and too many persons who disregard and/or are unaware of any consequences of their actions can eventually destroy the human race.

Human actions have already started a new mass extinction. Mass extinctions usually take at least a few centuries before the full consequences are known.

You as in me, I take all responsibility for my actions, and for how those actions trigger other peoples actions to a point. However I would never discount entirely the butterfly's wing in the Amazon phenomenon.
