The only thing I'm getting out of it is an ability to endure it. That helps to make it to November 2020. Seriously in the first months of 2017 I did not imagine living this long. I really wanted to leave the country. That feeling of "all is lost" hasn't disappeared, I've just learned to get through this nightmare one day at a time.
