It seems that TheAstroChuck has left the forum. If this is true, it would be a real loss. His posts and comments were among the most intelligent.
I have a hunch why he is gone: Before, "Silly, random and Fun" was just one category among others. Now the whole forum could be labeled "Silly, random and fun". Lots of people desperately trying to reach the next level are posting heaps of nonsense , clogging the timeline and drowning the kind of serious stuff TheAstroChuck liked to post.
But maybe my hunch is off target and it's a different reason.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I have noticed that people posting generally often don't use an appropriate category, prefering "silly, random and fun" or "general and hellos", in the hope of getting more reactions and comments, presumably in the chase for points. Even the comments and replies are sometimes illogical. Maybe @admin could create another category - serious and debatable?

The forums were really bad before groups were formed with all the things happening again, now, and he was here then. Seems the attempt to move everything to groups provided some unexpected backlash.
Lots of folks have left the site after being active for quite awhile.
