Weekend plans yall? My weekend is a mixture of sadness. Going to the funeral of my 62 yo brother in law, that i loved dearly for 50+ years. He died of complications from having appendix removed.

For the nice part, spending time with family on the property in the country. Nearest neighbor is a few miles away.

The plan is to spend lots of time with our two rescue mares, Jazzy and Dakota. We havent ridden them yet but may give it a go. We adopted them together April 13, but i feel they trust us enough. Yes, they been ridden a great deal in the past but not in six months.

Im looking forward to seeing my girls again.
