I would think so. He seems to embody the traits of several bad Presidents. Nixon's lack of character and a willingness to cover up criminal activity, Bush's lack of interest, leadership skills, and an inability to judge the character of the people he has around him, and Tyler's racist beliefs to name a few.

It takes some level of above average intelligence to mastermind true evil. The likes of Hitler, Pol Pot, Napolean and Stalin were all pretty smart cookies. Trump isn't anywhere near their level of intelligence The closest we've probably had to that level of evil in this country would be Nixon. So I would have to say the dubious honor or worst president ever goes to him.

Trump is just a slimmy little two bit grifter who happened to have a daddy with money.

While it's damn hard to say what could be worse than Trump, I know it's out there and will be put up for a vote at the right time. I thought Dubya was a low point... and he looks downright sane nowadays. Following that trend, the future will be interesting, to say the least.
