I think that guy needs to be senselessly mocked and made fun of in social media. Let society have at him. Distract a few people for a while, redirect their anger.

At large cycling events, riders often put their autographs on their water bottles (known as bidons in cycling) and then when they're empty they throw them to kids watching the race. There was an incident a few years back at the Tour de France when a very well-known and enormously popular German rider named Jens Voigt did this, but a man in the crowd grabbed the bottle from the kid. Voigt, after finishing the stage, turned his bike around, rode the 80km back to where it had happened, tracked down the kid and then found the man before ordering him to hand over the bottle to the boy.

Wow. What horrors are going on in his life that he behaves that way?
