Would've liked to know the reasoning for such a light sentence.

Diphenhydramine is commonly known as Benedryl.

It would be fairly hard to kill someone with an antihistamine that's safe for kids unless it was in a whopping high dose. ( Not even sure then it would do anything?).

Not saying he's in any way right btw... But that could explain the light sentence.

Now if she were trying to drive on that much benedryl? He could have killed her. The drowsiness isn't funny.

I had the equivalent of 4 tabs by injection - when I was given a contrast dye I am allergic to - I spent that afternoon and evening on the couch like a beached seal with dry mouth.
She had twice that dose? Wow!

a few typos. Had you just woken up when you wrote this? 😛

@bingst High pain levels tonight. It can mess with my ability to focus. Thanks for the heads up I think I found em'.

Within marriage.... ugh... anything goes

And that "anything goes" applies to the court room, too? Wish the article wasn't so skimpy on the details.

He comes from a good family, of course. What more reason do you need?
