How do you feel about this? If your child received this in middle school science class? I am not against it. If it might make it easier for kids to understand themselves and others, I think that has value.

I like that graphic. All of those dimensions in one easy view. I argue with dumbass bigots all the time.

How sad that this would cause such hysteria. I would have been fine with it but, then again, my kids would have known that by 7th or 8th grade. That said, I can see parents in my area being upset by it.

Cool with it. Send me one please.lol

This makes me sad that this is an issue even in CA. These types of issues are especially important during this time and I don't see how this is inappropriate.

In the UK this would be laughed at as something far too banal to be worth notice, by children of that age. How can there be excitement about something so trivial ?

Iā€™d like the US to get to that point. We are a long way from there still, uptight, frightened folks desperately holding back progress because of their own insecurities and ignorance.

The horror!! I swear to whatever gods and non gods, I cannot understand why people are so freaked out by other people living their truth. Ffs. The teacher prefers to identify as non binary and wanted to let the kids know how to address them. What's the big freaking deal? šŸ™„
