• Keys in on workable points, finds a handle, seeks out the good parts
• Creative under pressure, keeps having fun, reaches out to others
• Gravitates toward sweeping, big picture solutions
• Empowers the weak and the meek to be stronger and more successful
• Focuses on sharing, organizing, and building clear, simple value
• Keeps cycling through strengths, needs & possibilities
• Knows controversy dogs whatever is sensible for the meek and weak
• Seeks flexible gains, stages, and mixed compromises to progress
• Prime motivators are progress, improvement, & empowerment

• Responds with anger, negativity, blame, accusations, condemnations
• Expresses frustration, exasperation, wants to quit, becomes a burden
• Boggs down under pressure, goes in circles, evades primary issues
• Gravitates toward conflict, and becoming more scary
• Wants to disempower everyone but themselves, loves complication
• Focuses on apparent weakness, disadvantage, problems, losses
• Keeps cycling through stupidity, laziness, waste, & uselessness
• Uses controversy to confuse and complicate key issues
• Hung up in dogma, unwilling to combine or compromise
• Dislikes progress and change, hates details, distrusts people
• Has little sympathy or compassion, misunderstands empathy
Hallmarks Of Their Involvement:
 Misidentifies key issues, builds confusion
 Unclear on applicable scope, wants everyone alerted
 Misapplies degree of urgency versus risk
 Triggers inadequate response level and associated resources
Denies the existence of personal power
Only considers risk from their level upward

Carries the view point of Obstructive Miserly Dictator
Maintains unrealistic, perfectionistic, magical expectations:
• Wants instant perfection
• Expects overnight 100% success
• Acts angry if everyone doesn’t just know everything right now
• Thinks all the answers are already in the book
• Thinks everything is easy, simple, and people are just lazy
• Loves constantly shaming people about waste
Tries to function as the moody dictator, won’t delegate or build others up
Only wants support for their own ideas and wants to command everyone
Gets angry if constraints cramp their choices for how they think it should be
Ignores others concerns
Genuinely wants others to just shut up and do what they say
Reserves all power to themselves, wants others to just respond to their orders
Keeps funding scattered stopgap measures with no cumulative value
Creates shortages to support their constantly saying no to value added needs
Secretly uses savings to provide rewards, incentives, bonuses to top echelons

Lacks true confidence, fears self inadequacy, thinks everyone out to get them
Primary Work Behaviors:
STRUGGLE WITH SELF, OTHERS, AND POOR THINKING HABITS
Does not think or plan well, lives in fear, says no frequently, always has excuses
Primary Results Pattern:
Takes care of self and friends - little people always suffer (can’t be helped)
Pet Project:
Likes to tear things down to impress superiors, make others look bad, and build obstacles to keep others from getting what they want – especially the lowly.

Now, this was VERY interesting! Could I see tRump written all over the "repressive." Really scary. Where's a progressive when we so badly need one.
