I find that when I meditate life becomes clearer and easier to navigate. My two go to apps are Headspace & Waking Up by Sam Harris. Both have great meditations & talks.

I've found that guided meditation helps me sleep better. I am looking into other ones for grief.

Really? and where pray tell did that amazing exercise come from?

I would think from Buddhism. I believe may religions have stumbled upon the benefits of meditation through prayer. The great thing about meditation is it doesn’t have to have any connection to religion or faith to be affective. Sam touches on this frequently.

Haven't tried meditation, my mind is always wandering anywhere it wants to go, although some times I sit down on the beach to just hear the ocean and birds.

I enjoy listening to Ohmmmm. Or sometimes, I’ll just focus on a word, such as love or peace. I can’t do a guided meditation.

Since age 19, I have been meditating once a day.

Meditation deeply calms, centers and refreshes me.
