Perfect comparison for the religious people, ...on the one hand..but not so much on the other hand, as being gay is an 'act of nature!' Should we not accommodate ourselves to nature? On the other hand...must we accommodate ourselves to everyone's religious beliefs? I can abide with that idea, as long as they do not attempt to force their 'ways' on me! What gets more complicated here is knowing that the religious people base their behaving in the real world on what their particular religion teaches them! What may be nature to me, may need stamping out and shaming...from a certain religious person's perspective...based on his/her indoctrination! So, when you dig deeper into this comparison, it is far more complicated!
