I bought a bunch of chicken drumsticks today, about three pounds! Any ideas on how to cook them? I'm thinking a citrus marinade.. Orange juice, lemon and lime juice, apple juice, some soy sauce, garlic,... Then roast them and baste them with a reduction of the marinade... Yes?

Plenty of recipes on Google I would think. I use it a lot of the time just to check out herb and spice combinations
