I have some pretty good friends who are religious and work with a lot of religious people as well. Most of them know that I am non religious and we respect each other pretty well. I do have boundaries however. I will not tolerate anyone trying to "convert" me or give me the "good news." One of the things that pisses me off the most is when people say, "God never gives you more than you can handle!" I have actually heard nurses say that! Fuck No! Your patient who is going through alcohol withdrawal and has PTSD from physical or emotional trauma was given more than he could handle! The clinical definition of PTSD is pretty much that you were given more than you could handle!!!

You are mentioning extreme examples of religious.

What if you meet a religious beautiful woman who will not impose her faith on you, will go to church alone but is a great kisser?

That might be difficult in a long term relationship, but temptation would certainly be hard to resist. Neither estrogen not testosterone are neurotransmitters!

I understand the dilemma.

I for one agree to believe there is God for the few minutes on Cloud 9. What have I go to lose? Heck, I would even go to church.

@St-Sinner I think life would be easier (and a lot more fun) if only I had your moral flexibility!😄

In that case, we both have to admit that the religious have more fun in life. Christians in America's conservative South vouch for family values and good Christian principles... but have more extra marital affairs and abortions than the average of the nation.
